Established in 1705, during the Edo period, when Oze was a mare post town of Nara Highway over Kuragari Mountain Pass, the traditional brewing techniques and traditions employed by the Kikutsukasa Brewery are still in place to this day. With over 300 years of history, the brewery continues to weave nature and tradition into sakes of high repute.
